Brownies
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon Instant Coffee
- ¼ cup Very Hot Tap Water
- 19.5 oz. Package of “Pillsbury Brownie Classics”
- Traditional Fudge Mix (preference- Betty Crocker Deluxe Fudge Mix)
- 3/8 teaspoon of Cinnamon
- ¼ cup of Canola Oil
- 2 tablespoons of Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup finely pulverized, freshly harvested Medical Marijuana shake
Directions:
- In a pan, add oil and butter, melt.
- Add Medical Marijuana shake.
- Sweat/sauté herb on medium for 10 to 30 minutes (depending on “grade” of herb).
- Stir frequently; use a lid in between stirs. Lid keeps moisture in product. Do not burn. Watch your herb carefully.
- In a large bowl, dissolve coffee in water.
- Add brownie mix, herb mixture, cinnamon, and eggs. Beat 50 strokes with a spoon.
- Spread batter onto greased pan.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes (until set). Do Not Over Bake!
Frosting Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons of Instant Coffee
- 4 teaspoons of Hot Water
- 2 cups Powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons of Cocoa powder
- ½ cup of Margarine or Softened Butter
- ½ teaspoons of Pure Vanilla
Frosting Directions:
- In a small bowl, dissolve coffee in water.
- Add remaining frosting ingredients; blend until smooth.
- Frost COOLED brownies.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour; cut into bars. If desired, store in refrigerator.

This recipe is a doctored version of the instructions on the back of a Ghirardeli Fudge Brownies with frosting package.
Ingredients:
- One package of Ghirardelli dark chocolate fudge frosted brownies and the ingredients specified by the package.
- As suggested by Ghirardeli, for a 24x16 pan use:
- 6 pouches of Ghirardeli brownie mix.
- 2 cups of water
- 2 cups of vegetable oil
- 6 eggs.
- For a 16x12 inch pan, use only ½ of the ingredients listed above.
- In addition to the required ingredients on the box, you will also need:
- 1 additional Egg
- 1 tablespoon of baking soda
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- ½ to ¾ cup of Medical Marijuana Butter
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Add fudge packet provided by Ghirardeli to the Brownie batter during mixing, instead of waiting until the end.
- Bake just a little longer than specified by Ghirardeli
- Do the toothpick test. Sink a toothpick then pull it out; if there is batter clinging to the toothpick, then it needs another minute.

Ingredients:
- 1 box of Chocolate cake mix –any brand that required 1/3 cups of water, 3 eggs and ½ cup corn oil
- ¼ pound butter
- 2 ounces of dried quality Medical Marijuana leaf-finely ground and sifted
- ½ teaspoons of baking powder
- ¼ cup of flour
- ¼ cup of milk or buttermilk
Utensils:
Directions:
- Part 1:
- Heat in crock pot- 1 cup of water, corn oil, and butter until the butter has melted. Mixture should be between 165 and 205 degrees- no higher.
- Process the Medical Marijuana leaf in a coffee grinder or blender, then sift fine powder over the butter and oil mixture.
- Regrind and sift leftovers once or twice. Stir, cover, and cook overnight on low.
- Part 2:
- Preheat oven to 350° degrees.
- Mix flour and baking powder with cake mix. Add eggs and milk.
- Use electric mixer to combine all ingredients.
- Stir cooled Medical Marijuana mixture until blended.
- Bake in 350° degree oven for twenty minutes.
- Check for doneness using a toothpick.
- Cool on wire racks.

Chewy Fudge Squares Brownie
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
- ½ cup butter-flavor Crisco shortening
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- ¾ cup all purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ Salt
- ½ cup Chopped Walnuts
- Approx. 1 ¼ cup Medical Marijuana Shake
Directions:
- Melt shortening first.
- Add Medical Marijuana to shortening; sweat/sauté for up to 30 minutes.
- Use a lid to keep moisture in mixture.
- Add squares of chocolate halfway through sautéing procedure OR melt separately and add to herb/butter.
- Beat in sugar and eggs.
- In a separate bowl, blend flour, baking powder, salt, and nuts.
- Blend Medical Marijuana /chocolate mixture into bowl of dry ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Pour into pan.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Frosting:
Ingredients:
- ½ cup soft butter
- 2-3 cups Powdered Sugar
- 2-3 sqs. Unsweetened baking chocolate
- ½ cup Maraschino Cherry juice
- …Bits of Maraschino cherries as desired
Directions:
- Melt butter and chocolate, slowly, together.
- Add powdered sugar. Add cherry juice, a little at a time for desired consistency.
- Spread over COOLED brownies, refrigerate, and then cut into squares.

Ingredients:
- 1 box Brownie Mix
- ½ cup Hershey’s Syrup
- ½ cup Chocolate Chips
- ½ cup Walnuts (if desired)
- ½ cup powdered sugar (for decoration)
- 1 cup prepared Medical Marijuana* flour
Directions:
- Prepare brownies as directs on box.
- Add 1 additional egg with remaining ingredients.
- Bake at 350° degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 30 minutes.
- Let cool, top with powdered sugar and syrup.
Recipe Notes:
* Medical Marijuana flour- finely ground marijuana (preferably leaves and trimmings) approximately 1 lb. butter to ½ lb. flour. Melt butter in crock-pot and add flour. Mix well and cook on low for several hours stirring constantly and careful watching will prevent as not to burning. Can be made ahead for future use. Store in an airtight container I the freezer.
* Medical marijuana Oil- Leaves, trimmings, and stems. Place in a crock-pot and cover with in cooking oil, preferably vegetable, cocoanut or corn. Avoid using Canola. Heat on low for several hours or over night. Strain out marijuana and use oil as needed.

- 2 tablespoons Oil
- ½ cup water
- 10 ounces of Nestle semi-sweet mint chips
Directions:
- Pre-heat oven at 350°.
- Bake for 28-32 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of raw sugar
- 2/3 cups milk
- 2 ounces of unsweetened chocolate
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup Medical Marijuana mixture
- ½ cup coarsely chopped nuts
Medical Marijuana mixture directions:
- In a double boiler mix ½ cup of butter, 1 cup of Medical Marijuana flour, and 1 teaspoon of water.
- Cook over low heat for 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Allow to cool before using.
- May be stored in the freezer and used at a later date.
Fudge directions
- Butter pan 8x8x2.
- Combine sugar, milk, chocolate, corn syrup, and salt in a 2-quart saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and sugar is dissolved.
- Cook stirring occasionally, to 234 degrees on candy thermometer (or until small amount of mixture dropped into very cold water forms a soft ball which flatten when removed from the water).
- Remove from heat; add butter, cool mixture to 120 degrees without stirring.
- Add vanilla and Medical Marijuana mixture; beat vigorously and continuously 5 to 10 minutes with a wooden spoon until candy is thick and no longer glossy.
- Quickly stir in nuts.
- Spread mixture evenly in buttered pan.
- Cool until firm, cut into pieces.

Ingredients:
- Package Brownie Mix (Pick the one requiring the most cooking oil)
- Cooking Oil
- Medical Marijuana
Cooking Utensils:
- Pyrex pan for brownies (must fit in microwave)
- Grinder for Medical Marijuana (a coffee grinder works well- clean it first)
- Microwave Oven
- Conventional Oven
Cooking Instructions:
- Grind up Medical Marijuana until you have 2/3 to ¾ cup of powder.
- Place powder in Pyrex pan and wet well with cooking oil. (May require slightly more oil than package mix specifies-that’s okay!).
- Using short bursts (5 seconds) heat in microwave until oil greens up. Be careful, take time to do this part, oil and powder can burn, wait between microwave bursts.
- Add brownie mix and water to Pyrex pan (oil is already in there) mix the oiled powder in well for good distribution but do not over mix.
- Bake in conventional oven according to directions on box.
