On low heat mix coconut oil with Medical Marijuana flour until creamy set aside. Begin cream reduction in another pot on low heat then medium stirring continuously until reduced about 1/2 the size. Toward the end of reduction time add the extracts and elixyr stir in salt then semi sweet chocolate chips with heat off then on low to maintain the melting process. Pour mixture into large bowl with coconut mixture and vigorously whip together slowly add butter then vanilla extract 3 drops. Let mixture cool in refrigerator for 40 minutes. Blend Ghiradellis cocoa powder with Medical Marijuana flour and set aside for dusting. Mixture should be solid but nit too hard to work with. Using a spoon scoop 1 spoon of truffle mix into hands roll into a ball then roll into dusting powder and set aside on unbleached wax paper. You can freeze them for best storage or refrigerate if you will eat soon. Let sit out for 30 minutes before serving. You can vary on your extracts and tinctures to suit your taste buds. I created this design in Winter. In winter time we have less Sun and it is a season that can be depressing for anyone. Rose is divinely uplifting and with blue violet as a liver tonic to support the livers function. I use tinctures and extracts in place of brandy for this traditionally based.

Please read entire recipe, especially the “notes” completely before you start. This will prepare you to enjoy a pleasant baking experience.
Ingredients:
This recipe will yield enough to make approximately 80 regular size muffins.
Utensils Needed:
Recipe Notes:
This recipe takes 2 (two) days to complete. Sine this recipe is designed for patients that are often immune compromised, it is necessary to use extremely clean methods, such as clean tools, clean counter space, and always fresh, organic ingredients. Clean hands are a must and please do not bake muffins for other patients if you are sick. There is not much chance of passing anything on until muffins have cooled, because the 350-degree oven will kill most, if not all of the airborne germs that may have gotten into the muffin batter. Then, when you are packaging the muffins be careful not to contaminate the muffins with anything undesirable. Use disposable, surgical gloves.

Editor’s note:
This is by far the most extraordinary recipe that has come from the members of WAMM, created by John Paul Taylor. John would spend two days preparing, cooking and packaging this nonpareil of ingestibles while in prayer. John was an extraordinary volunteer who brought only the best intentions into ever action. With certainty, the doctor recommends take two bites, go to bed, and call in the morning.

How Jackie became involved...
“I began making muffins in 1998 when a friend was told he only had 6 months to live. He was accepted into WAMM. Although at the time He had no caregiver, he asked me to please go with him to a WAMM meeting as his caregiver as I did not smoke marijuana and his medicine would be safe with me. After several tries convincing me to go, I finally agreed, under the condition that if I did
not like it or did not want to return, he would not ask me again.
During my first WAMM meeting I was so blown away with the people and the whole community that they had built together. These sick, dying people caring for one another, and the fact that no one appearance "Stoned or high" was absolutely a motivating factor.
When they asked me for assistance with baking I thought, "Well, I am a cook... how hard can it be to bake a few muffins?" By the next meeting I was a full fledged baker. My friend John lived three more years after his initial diagnosis.
This, I contribute to WAMM. Not only the medicine, but the whole community. I am still continuing to bake for WAMM, and have remained active in the group. I enjoy every moment with these brave and awesome individuals. The recipe has been altered several times over the past 12 yrs this recipe and seems to work the best while giving the most relieve.

Valli’s Vanilla Variation

Organic Ingredients:
1. Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy, 1 to 2 minutes.
2. Whisk in the sugar, a little at a time, then continue whisking until completely blended, about 1 more minute. Pour in the cream, milk, and vanilla and whisk to blend, then great the vanilla bean directly.
3. If you are going to freeze directly then add the medical marijuana flour* at once and freeze. If you plan to use an electric or hand crank, very slowly add the medical marijuana flour* to the ice cream as it begins to thicken.
4. When it’s ready transfer the mixture to the freezer. Yum!
5. Makes 1 Quart
Medical Marijuana Flour*
The following is méthode de champions for making very effective marijuana butter flour.
Cook 1.5 cups of medical marijuana flour* (MM flour) in 1 cup of butter in crock-pot with 1/2 cup of H2O. Cook for 24-48 hours.
In a skillet add the flour & butter mixture and add only a Tbls. of water at a time and cook for no less than 3 hours. Be certain to stir often and check periodically, adding small amounts of water to keep the mixture lightly moist. This helps to prevent burning.
Alternately, you can add the mixture into a Pyrex or metal container, then put into some water in the crockpot and place the pot of medical marijuana flour into the water. This is a really good way to prevent burning especially if you are particularly busy or want to cook the MM flour for a longer period of time. I have found this to be really successful. The longer the mixture cooks the more potent the batch will be.
Always use organic ingredients if you are able, and always remember that when you are cooking you are adding the ingredients of your temperament. Add as many smiles, words of kindness, delicious thoughts and heaps of good taste throughout the process.
If you use the hand crank version, get your caregiver to help. This process requires persistence and some stamina. If you have kids be certain to make extra sans the medicine. Homemade ice cream is always an irresistible delight. When I make this for WAMM events I always make a side, virgin batch for all those who love just plain vanilla ice cream. Everyone will be satisfied with this delectable dessert, whether medicated or not.
* medical marijuana flour (MM flour) = blend 1.5 cups of leaf/trim in blender, then sift, add this ground mix into a coffee grinder, sift again. Voilá, you now have medical marijuana flour.
Recipe Notes:
A note from the cook: My Mother, Aurora Leveroni has influenced everything that I ever cook. She is an extraordinary chef, “Regina de Cucina” and I cannot cook anything without praising her influence.
Thank you, Momma, for your teachings and your unwavering, loving support!
