Ingredients:
- 1 cup Medical Marijuana leaf
- 1 gallon tomato sauce
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 2 to 4 teaspoons of the following herbs (fresh or dried)
- Thyme
- Parsley
- Basil
- Lemon pepper
- Black pepper
- Oregano
- Italian seasoning
- Salt
- 1-2 large onions - chopped
- 2 lbs. Ground beef - browned
- 2 cups fresh or canned diced tomatoes
- 2 cups good red drinking wine
Directions:
- In large pot, put all tomato ingredients, stir in herbs, and then add wine.
- Simmer 4-8 hours.
- Let sit over night.
- Second day, cook onions till tender the add beef and cook till brown.

Ingredients:
- 2 Boxes ribbed lasagna pasta
- 3 Jars Barrilo meat marinara
- 2 Large mushrooms
- 1 can Olives
- 1 lb. Ground premium round
- 1/3 Cup white onions
- 2 tablespoons Oregano
- 2 tablespoons Garlic
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 ½ cup olive oil Medical Marijuana Butterleaf or Oil (see Butter or flour recipes)
- 1 ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Ricotta cheese
Cooking Instructions:
- Layer lasagna noodles and with meat alternating cheese.
- Sprinkle Mozzarella over top.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 350° degrees.
- Can be served with toasted garlic Parmesan bread and Chianti.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Celery- chopped
- 1/2 cup Onions
- 2 boxes of lasagna noodles
- 1 Zucchini- sliced
- 1 jar Spaghetti sauce
- 1 can Whole Olives
- 1 can Mushrooms
- Garlic, Salt, and Pepper to taste
- Provolone cheese, Cheddar cheese, and Mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Medical Marijuana Butterleaf (see Butterleaf recipe)
Directions:
- Cook noodles.
- Add all other ingredients together except cheese.
- Layer noodles, sauce, cheese until complete.
- Bake at 350° degrees until done.

Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup Olive Oil
- 1/3 cup Medical Marijuana trim
- 2 cans Garbanzo beans
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 3 large Cloves of Garlic
- 2 tablespoons of Tahini
- 1 teaspoon of Paprika
- 1tablespoon of Cumin
- 1 tablespoon Cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon Dill Weed
- Pita bread
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat oil and Medical Marijuana in a pot on low/warm for 30 minutes. Strain and cool.
- Strain out garbanzo beans, saving the liquid from 1 can. Set beans aside, add liquid to blender.
- In blender, add lemon juice, cumin, cayenne, dill weed, paprika, tahini, and garlic. Blend well.
- Add garbanzo beans and oil. Blend to even consistency, stirring with a knife to circulate mass.
- Lightly toast pita bread and dip in hummus.
- Eat fresh or refrigerate overnight.

Makes 3 cups.
